Festive treats

Whilst I temporarily worked at Paperchase stationery during Christmas 2008, I spotted the last jar of biscuit cutters and wanted to try out my baking skills.

After two hours of trying, tasting and amending the recipe, my first batch went a little wrong because the dough was too warm to cut. However, I moulded the sticky dough into small patties (determined to make this work!) and baked them to do the taste test. Successful with that! My second batch worked nicely and the best bit was decorating with icing and treats...
